Arts News is ArtsWestchester's award winning monthly publication covering the arts in Westchester including a comprehensive calendar of events. Arts News, is published as a supplement to The Westchester Business Journal reaching a circulation of 18,000 monthly in Westchester County. All listings for the calendar section must be sent to the calendar editor by the 10th of the month prior to the event. Arts News is published on the second to last Monday of every month. Arts Spotlight is a one page advertorial published in LoHud Weekend section of The Journal News each Friday, reaching 150,000 homes in Westchester and Putnam Counties. All listings for the calendar section must be sent to the calendar editor by the 10th of the month prior to the event. Color and black and white pictures are welcome. Arts on the Sound is a one page ad in LoHud Weekend section of The Journal News published the second to last Thursday of every month, covering events in the Sound Shore region of Westchester. It reaches a circulation of 112,000 throughout Westchester. All listings for the calendar section must be sent to the calendar editor by the 10th of the month prior to the event. Art Galleries: Westchester County, NY:“Art Galleries: Westchester County” provides information on over 40 art galleries and museums, a county map and events calendar. The Westchester Arts Council and the Westchester County Office of Tourism collaborated on printing 20,000 copies of this first edition of the Art Galleries brochure. The galleries listed in the brochure include independently-owned spaces that showcase the works of established and emerging regional and national artists; several which are located within public parks or nature centers, and those located within major cultural or historic sites. The brochure includes a county map that identifies the location of each in relation to other major points of interest throughout the county. A month-by-month calendar lists major annual events related to the visual arts.
